직업안정법 제16조(고용정보의 수집ㆍ제공 등)

① 직업안정기관의 장은 관할 지역의 각종 고용정보를 수시로 또는 정기적으로 수집하고 정리하여 구인자, 구직자, 그 밖에 고용정보가 필요한 자에게 적극적으로 제공하여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>

② 직업안정기관의 장은 고용정보를 수집하여 분석한 결과 관할 지역에서 노동력의 수요와 공급에 급격한 변동이 있거나 현저한 불균형이 발생하였다고 판단되는 경우에는 적절한 대책을 수립하여 추진하여야 한다.
