집합건물의 소유 및 관리에 관한 법률 제57조(건축물대장의 변경등록신청)

① 건축물대장에 등록한 사항이 변경된 경우에는 소유자는 1개월 이내에 변경등록신청을 하여야 한다.

② 1동의 건물을 표시할 사항과 공용부분의 표시에 관한 사항의 변경등록은 전유부분 소유자 중 1인 또는 여럿이 제1항의 기간까지 신청할 수 있다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항의 신청서에는 변경된 사항과 1동의 건물을 표시하기에 충분한 사항을 적고 그 변경을 증명하는 서면을 첨부하여야 하며 건물의 소재지, 구조, 면적이 변경되거나 부속건물을 신축한 경우에는 건물도면 또는 각 층의 평면도도 첨부하여야 한다.

④ 구분점포는 제1조의2제1항제1호의 용도 외의 다른 용도로 변경할 수 없다.
