집회 및 시위에 관한 법률 시행령 제5조(주거지역 등에서의 집회 또는 시위의 제한ㆍ금지 요청)

법 제8조제5항에 따른 시설이나 장소의 보호 요청은 주거지역이나 이와 유사한 장소의 거주자나 관리자 또는 학교나 군사시설의 거주자나 관리자가 그 이유 등을 명확하게 밝혀 관할경찰관서장이나 집회 또는 시위의 장소에 있는 경찰공무원에게 서면이나 구두로 해야 한다. 이 경우 구두로 요청할 때에는 지체 없이 그 이유 등을 명확하게 밝힌 서면을 제출해야 한다. <개정 2016.12.13, 2020.12.31, 2026.9.15>
