채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제134조(이자없는 기한부채권)

기한이 회생절차개시 후에 도래하는 이자없는 채권은 회생절차가 개시될 때부터 기한에 이르기까지의 법정이율에 의한 이자와 원금의 합계가 기한 도래 당시의 채권액이 되도록 계산한 다음 그 채권액에서 그 이자를 공제한 금액으로 한다.
