채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제158조(회생채권자표ㆍ회생담보권자표와 주주ㆍ지분권자표)
Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, Article 158 (Schedules of Rehabilitation Creditors, Rehabilitation Security Right Holders, and Shareholders and Equity Holders)
법원사무관등은 목록에 기재되거나 신고된 회생채권, 회생담보권, 주식 또는 출자지분에 대하여 회생채권자표ㆍ회생담보권자표와 주주ㆍ지분권자표를 작성하여 권리의 성질에 따라 분류하고 각각 다음 각호의 사항을 기재하여야 한다.
The court clerk, etc. shall prepare a schedule of rehabilitation creditors, a schedule of rehabilitation security right holders, and a schedule of shareholders and equity holders for the rehabilitation claims, rehabilitation security rights, shares, or equity interests entered in the lists or filed, classify them according to the nature of the rights, and state the following matters in each:
1. 회생채권자표
1. Schedule of rehabilitation creditors:
가. 회생채권자의 성명과 주소
(a) The names and addresses of rehabilitation creditors;
나. 회생채권의 내용과 원인
(b) The details and causes of the rehabilitation claims;
다. 의결권의 액수
(c) The amount of voting rights;
라. 일반의 우선권이 있는 채권이 있는 때에는 그 뜻
(d) Where there is a claim with general priority, a statement to that effect;

2. Schedule of rehabilitation security right holders:
가. 회생담보권자의 성명과 주소
(a) The names and addresses of rehabilitation security right holders;
나. 회생담보권의 내용 및 원인, 담보권의 목적 및 그 가액, 채무자 외의 자가 채무자인 때에는 그 성명 및 주소
(b) The details and causes of the rehabilitation security rights, the collateral and its value, and, where the obligor is a person other than the debtor, that person's name and address;
다. 의결권의 액수
(c) The amount of voting rights;

3. Schedule of shareholders and equity holders:
가. 주주ㆍ지분권자의 성명 및 주소
(a) The names and addresses of shareholders and equity holders;
나. 주식 또는 출자지분의 종류와 수 또는 액수
