채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제194조(회생채권자 등의 권리)

①회생채권자ㆍ회생담보권자ㆍ주주ㆍ지분권자의 권리를 변경하는 때에는 회생계획에 변경되는 권리를 명시하고, 변경 후의 권리의 내용을 정하여야 한다.

②회생채권자ㆍ회생담보권자ㆍ주주ㆍ지분권자로서 회생계획에 의하여 그 권리에 영향을 받지 아니하는 자가 있는 때에는 그 자의 권리를 명시하여야 한다.
