채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제275조(해산에 관한 특례)

①제216조의 규정에 의하여 회생계획에서 채무자가 합병ㆍ분할 또는 분할합병에 의하지 아니하고 해산할 것을 정한 때에는 채무자는 회생계획이 정하는 시기에 해산한다.

②제1항의 경우 해산등기의 신청서에는 회생계획인가결정서의 등본 또는 초본을 첨부하여야 한다.
