채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제367조(소집)

법원은 파산관재인 또는 감사위원의 신청에 의하거나 직권으로 채권자집회를 소집한다. 신고를 한 총채권에 관하여 법원이 평가한 액의 5분의 1이상에 해당하는 파산채권자의 신청이 있는 때에도 또한 같다.
