채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제483조(재산목록 및 대차대조표의 작성)

①파산관재인은 재산목록 및 대차대조표를 작성하여야 한다.

②파산관재인은 재산목록 및 대차대조표의 등본에 기명날인하고 이를 법원에 제출하여야 한다. 봉인에 관한 조서의 경우에도 또한 같다.
