채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제498조(별제권자의 처분기간의 지정)

①별제권자가 법률에 정한 방법에 의하지 아니하고 별제권의 목적을 처분하는 권리를 가지는 때에는 법원은 파산관재인의 신청에 의하여 별제권자가 그 처분을 하여야 하는 기간을 정한다.

②별제권자가 제1항의 규정에 의한 기간 안에 처분을 하지 아니하는 때에는 제1항의 규정에 의한 권리를 잃는다.
