채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제517조(배당방법)

①파산채권자는 파산관재인이 그 직무를 행하는 장소에서 배당을 받아야 한다. 다만, 파산관재인과 파산채권자 사이에 별도의 합의가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

②파산관재인은 배당을 한 때에는 파산채권자표 및 채권의 증서에 배당한 금액을 기입하고 기명날인하여야 한다.
