채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제56조(회생절차개시 후의 업무와 재산의 관리)

①회생절차개시결정이 있는 때에는 채무자의 업무의 수행과 재산의 관리 및 처분을 하는 권한은 관리인에게 전속한다.

②개인인 채무자 또는 개인이 아닌 채무자의 이사는 제1항에 규정에 의한 관리인의 권한을 침해하거나 부당하게 그 행사에 관여할 수 없다.
