채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제584조(부인권)

①제3편제3장제2절(부인권)은 개인회생절차에 관하여 준용한다.

②부인권은 채무자가 행사한다.

④회생위원은 부인권의 행사에 참가할 수 있다.

⑤부인권은 개인회생절차개시결정이 있은 날부터 1년이 경과한 때에는 행사할 수 없다. 제391조 각호의 행위를 한 날부터 5년이 경과한 때에도 같다.
