채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제73조(대체적 환취권)

①채무자가 회생절차개시 전에 환취권의 목적인 재산을 양도한 때에는 환취권자는 반대급부의 이행청구권의 이전을 청구할 수 있다. 관리인이 환취권의 목적인 재산을 양도한 때에도 또한 같다.

②제1항의 경우 관리인이 반대급부의 이행을 받은 때에는 환취권자는 관리인이 반대급부로 받은 재산의 반환을 청구할 수 있다.
