채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제93조(그 밖의 보고 등)

관리인은 제90조 내지 제92조의 규정에 의한 것 외에 법원이 정하는 바에 따라 채무자의 업무와 재산의 관리상태 그 밖에 법원이 명하는 사항을 법원에 보고하고, 회생계획인가의 시일 및 법원이 정하는 시기의 채무자의 재산목록 및 대차대조표를 작성하여 그 등본을 법원에 제출하여야 한다.
