청소년 보호법 시행령 제26조(청소년유해약물등의 포장)

① 법 제28조제10항에 따라 포장하여야 할 청소년유해약물등은 법 제2조제4호나목1)에 해당하는 청소년유해물건으로 한다. <개정 2013.9.17, 2015.3.17, 2021.1.26>

② 제1항에 따른 청소년유해물건을 포장하여야 하는 의무자는 이를 제작하거나 수입한 자로 한다.

③ 청소년유해물건의 포장은 포장에 이용되는 용지 등을 뜯거나 훼손하지 아니하고는 그 내용물을 알 수 없는 방법으로 하여야 한다.

④ 포장이 되어 있지 아니한 청소년유해약물등을 유통의 목적으로 소지하고 있는 자는 제2항에 따른 포장의무자에게 지체 없이 포장을 하여 줄 것을 요구하거나 직접 포장을 하여 유통시킬 수 있다.
