청소년 보호법 시행령 제33조(청소년보호위원회의 운영 등)

① 청소년보호위원회 위원장은 위원회를 소집하고 그 의장이 된다.

② 제1항에 따라 청소년보호위원회 위원장이 회의를 소집하려는 경우에는 회의 개최 5일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 안건을 각 위원에게 문서(전자문서를 포함한다)로 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.

③ 이해관계인 및 관련 전문가 등의 의견 청취, 의결서 작성 등 청소년보호위원회 심의ㆍ결정의 전문성과 효율성을 높이기 위하여 필요한 사항은 청소년보호위원회 위원장이 청소년보호위원회의 의결을 거쳐 정할 수 있다.

④ 청소년보호위원회의 회의는 공개한다. 다만, 청소년보호위원회가 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 공개하지 아니할 수 있다.

(4) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Juvenile주^v버늘 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 open오우픈 to투 the^ð더 public.퍼블릭 However,하우에^v버 they^ð데이 may메이 be비 closed클로우즈드 to투 the^ð더 public퍼블릭 if이^f프 the^ð더 Juvenile주^v버늘 Protection프^r러텍션 Committee커미티 deems딤즈 it잇 necessary.네서세^r리

⑤ 위원회에 출석하는 위원에게는 예산의 범위에서 수당과 여비를 지급할 수 있다. 다만, 공무원인 위원이 그 소관 업무와 직접적으로 관련되어 출석하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
