Enforcement Decree of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Article 104-5 (Requests for and Provision of Financial Information, etc.)

① 교육부장관 또는 교육감은 법 제60조의7에 따라 금융회사 등(「금융실명거래 및 비밀보장에 관한 법률」 제2조제1호에 따른 금융회사등과 「신용정보의 이용 및 보호에 관한 법률」 제25조제2항제1호에 따른 종합신용정보집중기관을 말한다. 이하 같다)의 장에게 지원 대상 학생 및 그 가구원에 대한 법 제60조의6제2항제1호부터 제3호까지의 금융정보, 신용정보 및 보험정보(이하 "금융정보등"이라 한다)를 요청하는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적은 문서로 하여야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2016.8.2, 2020.8.4, 2025.9.16>
