초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제106조(학교의 폐쇄)

학교의 설립ㆍ경영자는 관할청이 법 제65조제1항의 규정에 의하여 학교의 폐쇄를 명한 때에는 당해 명령을 받은 날부터 3월이내에 재학생과 학교기본재산의 처리상황을 기재한 서류와 학적부를 관할청에 제출하여야 한다.
