초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제3조(사립학교의 설립인가 신청)

법 제4조제2항에 따라 사립학교의 설립인가를 받으려는 자는 교육부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 학교의 설립목적ㆍ명칭ㆍ위치 및 개교예정일 등을 기재한 학교설립 인가신청서에 다음 각 호의 서류(전자문서를 포함한다)를 첨부하여 특별시ㆍ통합특별시ㆍ광역시ㆍ특별자치시ㆍ도ㆍ특별자치도교육감(이하 "교육감"이라 한다)에게 신청해야 한다. 이 경우 교육감은 「전자정부법」 제36조제1항에 따른 행정정보의 공동이용을 통하여 교지ㆍ실습지의 지적도 및 학교법인의 등기부를 확인해야 한다. <개정 2026.9.8>
