초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제59조의2(회의 소집)

① 국ㆍ공립학교에 두는 운영위원회의 회의는 위원장이 소집한다.

② 제1항에 따라 위원장이 회의를 소집하려면 회의 일시, 장소 및 안건을 정하여 회의 개최 7일 전까지 각 위원에게 알리고, 회의 개최 전까지 학교 홈페이지에 공개하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급한 사유가 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 2016.10.18>

③ 국ㆍ공립학교에 두는 운영위원회의 위원장은 회의 일시를 정할 때에는 일과 후, 주말 등 위원들이 참석하기 편리한 시간으로 정하여야 한다.
