초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제89조의2(귀국학생 등의 입학ㆍ전학 및 편입학)
Enforcement Decree of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act, Article 89-2 (Admission, Transfer, and Transfer Admission of Returning Students, etc.)
① 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 아동이나 학생은 제81조제1항 및 제89조제2항에도 불구하고 학칙으로 정하는 기준과 절차에 따라 고등학교에 입학ㆍ전학 또는 편입학할 수 있다. <개정 2022.3.22>
(1) Notwithstanding Article 81 (1) and Article 89 (2), a child or student falling under any of the following subparagraphs may be admitted, transferred, or admitted by transfer to a high school in accordance with the standards and procedures prescribed by school rules:
1. 제19조제1항제1호부터 제3호까지의 아동 또는 학생
1. A child or student referred to in Article 19 (1) 1 through 3;
2. 그 밖에 고등학교에 입학ㆍ전학 또는 편입학하기 전에 국내에 거주하지 않았거나 국내에 학적이 없는 등의 사유로 제81조제1항 및 제89조제2항에 따른 입학ㆍ전학 또는 편입학 절차를 거칠 수 없는 아동 또는 학생(다문화학생은 제외한다)
2. Any other child or student (excluding multicultural students) who cannot go through the admission, transfer, or transfer admission procedures under Article 81 (1) and Article 89 (2) for reasons such as not having lived in Korea or not having a school register in Korea before admission, transfer, or transfer admission to a high school.
② 제19조제1항제4호의 아동 또는 학생과 다문화학생은 제81조제1항 및 제89조제2항에도 불구하고 교육감이 정하는 기준과 절차에 따라 고등학교에 입학ㆍ전학 또는 편입학할 수 있다. <신설 2022.3.22>
(2) Notwithstanding Article 81 (1) and Article 89 (2), a child or student referred to in Article 19 (1) 4 and a multicultural student may be admitted, transferred, or admitted by transfer to a high school in accordance with the standards and procedures determined by the Superintendent of Education.
