초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제91조의2(특성화고등학교 지정ㆍ운영위원회)

① 교육감의 자문에 응하여 특성화고등학교의 지정ㆍ운영에 관한 다음 각 호의 사항을 심의하기 위하여 교육감 소속으로 특성화고등학교 지정ㆍ운영위원회를 둔다. <개정 2011.6.7>

② 제1항에 따른 특성화고등학교 지정ㆍ운영위원회의 구성 및 운영에 필요한 사항은 시ㆍ도 교육규칙으로 정한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에도 불구하고 특성화고등학교 지정ㆍ운영위원회와 성격ㆍ기능이 유사한 위원회가 해당 교육감 소속으로 설치되어 있는 경우에는 해당 시ㆍ도의 조례로 정하는 바에 따라 그 위원회가 특성화고등학교 지정ㆍ운영위원회의 기능을 대신할 수 있다. 다만, 성격ㆍ기능이 유사한 위원회의 설치 근거가 되는 법령 또는 조례에서 위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 관련 사항을 교육감이 정하도록 하고 있거나 교육규칙으로 정하도록 하고 있는 경우에는 해당 시ㆍ도의 교육규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 대신할 수 있다. <신설 2017.12.29>
