초ㆍ중등교육법 제58조(학력의 인정)

특수학교나 특수학급에서 초등학교ㆍ중학교 또는 고등학교 과정에 상응하는 교육과정을 마친 사람은 그에 상응하는 학교를 졸업한 사람과 같은 수준의 학력이 있는 것으로 본다.
