출입국관리법 시행령 제61조(검사 및 서류 등의 제출요구)

출입국관리공무원은 법 제47조에 따라 용의자를 조사할 때 용의자가 용의사실을 부인하거나 용의자가 제출한 서류만으로는 용의사실을 증명하기에 충분하지 아니하다고 인정되는 경우에는 그 용의자와 관련 있는 제3자의 주거 또는 물건을 검사하거나 서류 또는 물건을 제출하게 할 수 있다. 이 경우 미리 그 제3자의 동의를 받아야 한다.
