출입국관리법 시행령 제89조(허가신청 등의 의무자)

Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Act, Article 89 (Persons Obligated to Apply for Permission, etc.)

① 법 제79조 각 호 외의 부분에서 "그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 사람"이란 다음 각 호의 사람을 말한다.
