출입국관리법 제90조의2(불법취업외국인의 출국비용 부담책임)

① 법무부장관은 취업활동을 할 수 있는 체류자격을 가지지 아니한 외국인을 고용한 자(이하 "불법고용주"라 한다)에게 그 외국인의 출국에 드는 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 부담하게 할 수 있다.

② 불법고용주가 제1항에 따른 비용 부담책임을 이행하지 아니하여 국고에 부담이 되게 한 경우에 법무부장관은 그 불법고용주에게 구상권을 행사할 수 있다.
