콘텐츠산업 진흥법 시행령 제4조(위원회의 운영)

① 위원회의 회의는 위원장이 필요하다고 인정 하거나 재적위원 3분의 1 이상이 요청하는 경우에 위원장이 소집한다.

② 위원장은 회의를 소집하려면 회의 개최 7일 전까지 회의의 일시ㆍ장소 및 심의 안건을 각 위원에게 통지하여야 한다. 다만, 긴급히 소집해야 하거나 부득이한 사유가 있는 경우에는 회의 개최 전날까지 통보할 수 있다.

③ 위원회의 회의는 위원장을 포함한 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의(開議)하고 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 commence커멘스 with위^ð드 the^ð디 attendance어텐든스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð디 incumbent인컴번트 members,멤버즈 including인클루딩 the^ð더 Chairperson,체어퍼슨 and앤드 resolutions^r레절루션즈 shall섈 be비 adopted어답티드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 concurrence컨커^r런스 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 법 제7조제3항제1호에 따른 위원 순으로 그 직무를 대행한다.
