① 위원회를 효율적으로 운영하기 위하여 실무위원회를 둔다.

⑥ 실무위원회는 위원회에 제출된 안건과 위원회로부터 위임되거나 위원회 위원장으로부터 지시받은 사항을 검토ㆍ심의한다.
