Content Industry Promotion Act, Article 20-9 (Acquisition of Shares by the Mutual Aid Association)

① 공제조합은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유가 있을 때에 한하여 조합원 또는 조합원이었던 자의 지분을 취득할 수 있다. 다만, 제1호 또는 제3호에 해당하는 때에는 그 지분을 취득하여야 한다.

(1) The^ð더 mutual뮤추얼 aid에이드 association어소우시에이션 may메이 acquire어콰이어 the^ð더 shares셰어즈 of어^v브 a어 member멤버 or오 former^f포머 member멤버 only온리 in인 any에니 of어^v브 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈 Provided,프^r러^v바이디드 That^ð댓 it잇 shall섈 acquire어콰이어 the^ð더 shares셰어즈 in인 the^ð더 case케이스 of어^v브 subparagraph서브패^r러그^r래^f프 1 or오 3:

1. 자본금을 감소하고자 할 때

2. 조합원에 대하여 공제조합이 권리자로서 담보권을 실행하기 위하여 필요한 때

② 제1항에 따라 공제조합이 지분을 취득한 때에는 지체 없이 다음 각 호의 조치를 이행하여야 한다.

1. 제1항제1호의 사유로 취득한 때에는 자본금의 감소절차

2. 제1항제2호 및 제3호의 사유로 취득한 때에는 다른 조합원 또는 조합원이 되고자 하는 자에게의 처분
