Content Industry Promotion Act, Article 29-2 (Composition of Dispute Mediation Committee)

① 조정위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 10명 이상 50명 이하의 위원으로 구성한다.

1. 「고등교육법」 제2조에 따른 학교의 법학 또는 콘텐츠 관련 분야의 학과에서 조교수 이상의 직에 있거나 있었던 사람

4. 이용자 보호기관 또는 단체에 소속된 사람

5. 4급 이상 공무원(고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직 공무원을 포함한다) 또는 이에 상당하는 공공기관의 직에 있거나 있었던 사람으로서 콘텐츠 육성 업무 또는 소비자 보호 업무에 관한 경험이 있는 사람

③ 조정위원회의 위원장은 조정위원회 위원 중에서 호선(互選)한다.

④ 위원은 비상임으로 하고, 공무원이 아닌 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 1회에 한정하여 연임할 수 있다.

(4) The^ð더 members멤버즈 shall섈 serve서^v브 on안 a어 non-standing난-스탠딩 basis,베이시스 and앤드 the^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 who후 are아 not낫 public퍼블릭 officials어^f피실즈 shall섈 be비 three^θ쓰^r리 years,이어즈 with위^ð드 reappointment^r리어포인트먼트 allowed얼라우드 only온리 once.원스

⑤ 조정위원회는 콘텐츠의 종류에 따른 분과위원회를 설치할 수 있다.

⑥ 조정위원회의 조직 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
