콘텐츠산업 진흥법 제29조의4(조정부)

① 조정위원회의 분쟁조정 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 조정위원회에 5명 이하의 위원으로 구성된 조정부를 둘 수 있다.

② 조정부의 장은 판사ㆍ검사 또는 변호사의 자격이 있는 조정위원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다.

(2) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 mediation미디에이션 panel패늘 shall섈 be비 designated데지그네이티드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 mediation미디에이션 members멤버즈 who후 are아 qualified콸러^f파이드 as애즈 judges,저지즈 prosecutors,프^r라시큐터즈 or오 attorneys-at-law.어터니즈-앳-로

③ 조정부는 조정부의 장을 포함한 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

④ 제3항에 따라 조정부가 내린 결정은 조정위원회가 심의ㆍ의결한 것으로 본다.

⑤ 그 밖에 조정부의 구성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
