콘텐츠산업 진흥법 제9조(콘텐츠제작의 활성화)

① 정부는 다양한 분야와 다양한 형태의 콘텐츠(새로운 기술을 활용한 콘텐츠를 포함한다)가 창작ㆍ유통ㆍ이용될 수 있는 환경을 조성하여야 하며, 콘텐츠제작자의 창의성을 높이고 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 시책을 마련하여야 한다. <개정 2025.1.31>

② 정부는 콘텐츠제작자가 콘텐츠제작에 필요한 자금을 원활하고 안정적으로 조달할 수 있도록 필요한 시책을 마련하여야 한다.

③ 관계 중앙행정기관의 장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항 및 제2항에 따라 마련된 분야별ㆍ형태별 콘텐츠제작의 활성화 시책을 시행계획에 반영하여야 한다.
