통계법 제29조(통계간행물의 발간 등)

①통계작성기관의 장은 통계의 원활한 보급을 위하여 통계간행물(통계 및 통계자료를 수록한 간행물을 말하며, 전자매체를 이용한 것을 포함한다. 이하 같다)을 직접 발간 또는 판매하거나 다른 기관등에 위탁하여 발간 또는 판매하게 할 수 있다.

②통계작성기관의 장은 대통령령으로 정하는 통계간행물을 발간한 때에는 그 통계간행물 및 발간내역을 지체 없이 국가데이터처장에게 제출하여야 한다. 통계간행물의 명칭 또는 내용을 변경하거나 발간을 중지한 경우에도 또한 같다. <개정 2025.10.1>
