특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 시행령 제12조(경찰청장 등에 대한 특정금융거래정보의 제공)

법 제10조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 특정금융거래정보"란 범죄수익의 금액, 범죄의 종류 및 죄질, 관련자의 신분, 수사의 효율성 등을 고려하여 금융정보분석원장이 검찰총장, 경찰청장 및 해양경찰청장과 협의하여 정한 기준에 따른 특정금융거래정보를 말한다. <개정 2013.8.6, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2021.3.23>
