Enforcement Decree of the Act on Reporting and Using Specified Financial Transaction Information, Article 13-2 (Composition and Operation of the Information Analysis Deliberation Council)

① 법 제10조제8항에 따른 정보분석심의회(이하 "심의회"라 한다)의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)은 금융정보분석원장이 되고, 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2021.3.23>

② 위원장은 심의회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.

③ 위원장이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원 중에서 위원장이 미리 지명한 위원이 그 직무를 대리한다. <개정 2018.2.27>

⑤ 심의회의 회의는 비공개로 한다.

(5) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Deliberation딜리버^r레이션 Council카운슬 shall섈 be비 closed클로우즈드 to투 the^ð더 public.퍼블릭

⑥ 심의회의 사무를 처리하기 위하여 간사 1명을 두며, 간사는 금융정보분석원 소속 공무원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다.

⑦ 제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 심의회의 운영 등에 필요한 세부사항은 위원장이 정한다.
