특정 금융거래정보의 보고 및 이용 등에 관한 법률 제15조의3(퇴임한 임원 등에 대한 조치 내용의 통보)

① 금융정보분석원장은 금융회사등의 퇴임한 임원 또는 퇴직한 직원이 재임 중이었거나 재직 중이었더라면 제15조제3항에 해당하는 조치를 받았을 것으로 인정되는 경우에는 그 조치의 내용을 해당 금융회사등의 장에게 통보할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 통보를 받은 금융회사등의 장은 이를 퇴임ㆍ퇴직한 해당 임직원에게 통보하고, 그 내용을 기록ㆍ유지하여야 한다.

③ 금융정보분석원장은 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 한국은행총재 또는 금융감독원장이나 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 자에게 위탁하여 제1항에 따른 통보를 하게 할 수 있다.
