특정범죄 가중처벌 등에 관한 법률 제7조(관계 공무원의 무기 사용)

「관세법」 위반사범을 단속할 권한이 있는 공무원은 해상(海上)에서 「관세법」 제269조 또는 제270조에 규정된 죄를 범한 사람이 정지명령을 받고 도피하는 경우에 이를 제지(制止)하기 위하여 필요하다고 인정되는 상당한 이유가 있을 때에는 총기(銃器)를 사용할 수 있다.
