특허법 제111조의2(재정서의 변경)

① 재정을 받은 자는 재정서에 적혀 있는 제110조제2항제3호의 사항에 관하여 변경이 필요하면 그 원인을 증명하는 서류를 첨부하여 지식재산처장에게 변경청구를 할 수 있다. <개정 2025.10.1>

② 지식재산처장은 제1항에 따른 청구가 이유있다고 인정되면 재정서에 적혀 있는 사항을 변경할 수 있다. 이 경우 이해관계인의 의견을 들어야 한다. <개정 2025.10.1>

③ 제2항의 경우에 관하여는 제111조를 준용한다.
