파견사업주는 파견근로자의 희망과 능력에 적합한 취업 및 교육훈련 기회의 확보, 근로조건의 향상, 그 밖에 고용 안정을 도모하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 마련함으로써 파견근로자의 복지 증진에 노력하여야 한다.
