평생교육법 시행령 제69조(문해교육 프로그램의 지정)

① 법 제39조제2항에 따라 문해교육 프로그램으로 지정받으려는 자는 다음 각 호의 사항을 기재한 문해교육 프로그램 지정신청서에 교육부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 교육감에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.6.30>

② 교육감은 제1항에 따른 지정신청을 받으면 이를 검토하여 지정기준에 맞는 경우 교육부령으로 정하는 지정서를 신청인에게 교부하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23>
