평생교육법 제35조(사업장 부설 평생교육시설)

① 대통령령으로 정하는 규모 이상 사업장의 경영자는 해당 사업장의 고객 등을 대상으로 하는 평생교육시설을 설치ㆍ운영할 수 있다.

② 제1항에 따른 사업장 부설 평생교육시설을 설치하고자 하는 자는 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 교육감에게 신고하여야 한다. 이를 폐쇄하고자 하는 경우에는 그 사실을 교육감에게 통보하여야 한다.
