Enforcement Decree of the Act on Fair Labeling and Advertising, Article 4 (Methods of Substantiation, etc.)

① 사업자등이 법 제5조제1항에 따라 자기가 한 표시ㆍ광고 중 사실과 관련한 사항을 실증(實證)하기 위하여 시험이나 조사를 하려는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 기준에 따라야 한다.

1. 사업자등 또는 사업자의 계열회사(「독점규제 및 공정거래에 관한 법률」 제2조제12호에 따른 계열회사를 말한다)가 운영하는 시험ㆍ조사기관
