표시ㆍ광고의 공정화에 관한 법률 제10조(손해배상책임)

① 사업자등은 제3조제1항을 위반하여 부당한 표시ㆍ광고 행위를 함으로써 피해를 입은 자가 있는 경우에는 그 피해자에 대하여 손해배상의 책임을 진다.

② 제1항에 따라 손해배상의 책임을 지는 사업자등은 고의 또는 과실이 없음을 들어 그 피해자에 대한 책임을 면할 수 없다.
