하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률 제24조의6(조정조서의 작성과 그 효력)

① 협의회는 조정사항에 대하여 조정이 성립된 경우 조정에 참가한 위원과 분쟁당사자가 서명 또는 기명날인한 조정조서를 작성한다. <개정 2018.1.16>

② 협의회는 분쟁당사자가 조정절차를 개시하기 전에 조정사항을 스스로 조정하고 조정조서의 작성을 요구하는 경우에는 그 조정조서를 작성하여야 한다. <개정 2018.1.16>

③ 분쟁당사자는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 작성된 조정조서의 내용을 이행하여야 하고, 이행결과를 공정거래위원회에 제출하여야 한다. <신설 2016.3.29, 2018.1.16>

④ 공정거래위원회는 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 조정조서가 작성되고, 분쟁당사자가 조정조서에 기재된 사항을 이행한 경우에는 제25조제1항에 따른 시정조치 및 제25조의5제1항에 따른 시정권고를 하지 아니한다. <신설 2016.3.29, 2018.1.16>

⑤ 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 조정조서가 작성된 경우 조정조서는 재판상 화해와 동일한 효력을 갖는다. <신설 2018.1.16>
