학교폭력예방 및 대책에 관한 법률 시행령 제27조(분쟁조정의 개시)

① 심의위원회 또는 교육감은 제25조에 따라 분쟁조정의 신청을 받으면 그 신청을 받은 날부터 5일 이내에 분쟁조정을 시작해야 한다. <개정 2020.2.25>

② 심의위원회 또는 교육감은 분쟁당사자에게 분쟁조정의 일시 및 장소를 통보해야 한다. <개정 2020.2.25>

③ 제2항에 따라 통지를 받은 분쟁당사자 중 어느 한 쪽이 불가피한 사유로 출석할 수 없는 경우에는 심의위원회 또는 교육감에게 분쟁조정의 연기를 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 심의위원회 또는 교육감은 분쟁조정의 기일을 다시 정해야 한다. <개정 2020.2.25>

④ 심의위원회 또는 교육감은 심의위원회 위원 또는 지역위원회 위원 중에서 분쟁조정 담당자를 지정하거나, 외부 전문기관에 분쟁과 관련한 사항에 대한 자문 등을 할 수 있다. <개정 2020.2.25>
