학교폭력예방 및 대책에 관한 법률 제23조(과태료)

① 제17조제13항에 따른 심의위원회의 교육 이수 조치를 따르지 아니한 보호자에게는 300만원 이하의 과태료를 부과한다. <개정 2019.8.20, 2023.10.24>
