한부모가족지원법 시행령 제18조(비용의 부담)

1. 법 제12조에 따른 복지 급여에 드는 비용은 예산의 범위안에서 국가와 지방자치단체가 부담하되, 그 부담의 비율은 별표 1과 같다.

2. 법 제20조제1항에 따라 국가나 지방자치단체가 설치하는 한부모가족복지시설의 설치 및 운영에 드는 비용은 그 한부모가족복지시설을 설치ㆍ운영하는 국가나 지방자치단체가 부담한다.

3. 법 제20조제3항에 따른 국가나 지방자치단체외의 자가 설치하는 한부모가족복지시설의 설치 및 운영에 드는 비용은 예산의 범위에서 국가와 지방자치단체가 그 비용의 100분의 80이상을 부담한다.
