할부거래에 관한 법률 시행령 제13조의2(회계감사 보고서의 제출 및 공시의 절차와 방법)

① 선불식 할부거래업자는 법 제18조의2제1항에 따라 회계감사 보고서(「주식회사 등의 외부감사에 관한 법률」 제2조제7호에 따른 감사인이 작성하는 같은 조 제8호에 따른 감사보고서를 말한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)를 공정거래위원회에 문서[전자문서(「전자문서 및 전자거래 기본법」 제2조제1호에 따른 전자문서를 말한다. 이하 같다)를 포함한다]로 제출해야 한다. <개정 2018.10.30, 2023.9.12>

② 공정거래위원회는 법 제18조의2제2항에 따라 회계연도 말일부터 4개월 이내에 회계감사 보고서를 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하여야 한다.

③ 선불식 할부거래업자는 법 제18조의2제2항에 따라 회계연도가 종료한 후 3개월이 경과한 날부터 3년 동안 회계감사 보고서를 다음 각 호의 모든 방법으로 공시하여야 한다.

④ 제1항부터 제3항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 회계감사 보고서의 제출 및 공시의 절차와 방법에 관하여 필요한 사항은 공정거래위원회가 정하여 고시한다.
