행정심판법 시행령 제16조의5(국선대리인의 보수)

① 위원회는 선정된 국선대리인이 대리하는 사건 1건당 100만원 이하의 금액을 예산의 범위에서 그 보수로 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2026.6.16>

③ 제1항에 따른 보수 지급의 세부기준은 국선대리인이 수행한 직무의 내용, 위원회(소위원회 또는 전문위원회를 포함한다) 회의의 출석 여부, 관련 사건의 병합 여부 등을 고려하여 위원장이 정한다. <개정 2026.6.16>
